A Pre-Certification Audit, sometimes called a Mock Audit or Readiness Review, is an independent assessment of your management system carried out in the weeks before your Stage 2 certification audit. It is an audit, not an implementation service: UCS auditors report what they find against the standard, and the work of acting on it stays with you. The result is a written report with prioritised findings, delivered early enough to be useful.
