We, Universal Certification and Services FZE, are committed to perform our activities in accordance with the customers’ requirements, local, legal, and regulatory standards and business practises to enhance our customers satisfaction. To achieve these objectives, we set up the below guidelines for our employees.
- To enhance the customers satisfaction by providing the materials and performing the services in duly manner on time and within the agreed budget.
- To allocate the necessary resources required for regular technical training and evaluation of the employees’ awareness about the company quality standards.
- To apply the control tools towards our suppliers and subcontractors and to control their quality and procedures complying with our policy.
- To develop safe and risk-free culture by conducting regular risk assessments and to deploy the appropriate measures to minimize the identified risks.
Meeting these high standards is the responsibility of the entire Universal Certification and Services FZE team. We have a consolidated commitment towards effective operation of quality policy and to reaching the objectives derived from that.
