الأيزو 21001:2018

  • تحتاج إلى إثبات قدرتها على دعم اكتساب وتطوير الكفاءة من خلال التدريس أو التعلم أو البحث 
  • تهدف إلى تعزيز رضا المتعلمين والمستفيدين الآخرين والموظفين من خلال التطبيق الفعال لنظام مراقبة المؤسسات التعليمية  بما في ذلك عمليات تحسين النظام وضمان التوافق مع متطلبات المتعلمين والمستفيدين الآخرين      

جميع متطلبات الأيزو 21001:2018 عامة وتهدف إلى أن تكون قابلة للتطبيق على أي منظمة تستخدم منهجًا لدعم تطوير الكفاءة من خلال التدريس أو التعلم أو البحث ، بغض النظر عن النوع أو الحجم أو طريقة التسليم.

يمكن تطبيق الأيزو 21001:2018 على المؤسسات التعليمية داخل المنظمات الأكبر التي لا يتمثل نشاطها الأساسي في التعليم، مثل مؤسسات التدريب المهني، و لا يمكن تطبيق الأيزو 21001:2018 على المؤسسات التي تنتج أو تصنع المنتجات التعليمية فقط.

من فوائد تطبيق الأيزو 21001:2018 للمؤسسات التعليمية:
